The end of our “Busiest Sunday Evah” 😊 Following Beth and Maddie’s Spring Concert with GCB we went straight to our last Confirmation Class before these four get Confirmed in May! They worked with their Mentors on their Faith Statements and the personalized stoles they will wear during the service. Pizza and a few rounds of spoons. We left exhausted but filled with love and joy in our hearts 😊

Earth Day Sunday! Beth’s Children’s Message gets the kiddos started (they made wildflower seed bombs in Sunday School!)..a new “friend” meets the Sunday School kids..welcome to your new home Big Dog! And Izzy wraps up the morning with a message to our adults about recycling and caring about our planet! 🌎

Dear Mrs and Mr Peterson, we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday morning in Confirmation class for whatever it was we still need to learn. But we think you’re crazy for thinking we couldn’t eat endless amounts of Munchkins while we watched videos and worked on Bible passages and projects. You see us as your Confirmation class. In the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. But what we found out is that each one of us is a brain, and an athlete, an actor a singer and a dancer, a princess, a gamer and child of God. Does that answer your questions? The annual tradition of our children and youth presenting the nativity story. Invite your friends and family. This will be an event that will leave everyone smiling!

This Sunday is a Christmas event you won’t want to miss. The children bring the nativity story to life in “Mary, Did You Know”.  You know the story but this Sunday will be filled with unique heartwarming messages that will leave you feeling the love of Christmas!
