Good morning, dear ones. I'm sitting out back enjoying the cool, quiet of the morning before the "busyness" of the day kicks in. Its one of my favorite times. Enjoying Gods creation, spending time thanking Him for His love for me and all of my precious blessings. There is such a peace knowing that I belong to God. Although I never know what each day will bring, God does and I know that whatever comes my way, joys or sorrows, He is with me every step of the way. As I sit here, I am led to share this.....It truly is my deepest and most earnest prayer that every person who might read this knows Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Whether you are my family or my friend, I love you.....God does too. Doesn't matter who you are, what you've done, where you've been, He waits for you, my precious ones. Seeking God, His Son Jesus Christ and His plan for your life is the most important decision you will ever make. God doesn't ask us to be perfect before we come to Him. Perfection is not something we humans are capable of. God has this way of taking all the things we are and using them to His glory, if we just let Him. He calls to us as His "beloved" -- isn't that precious? He calls us not to condemn us but to set us free. Are your hearing His voice? I'm always here if you ever need to talk. I'm just a fellow sinner, sweetly broken and lovingly restored by the awesome God we serve.......I love you!!-- Praising God everyday for His loving protection over everyone I love so dearly.

Here's some fun pictures and a video to enjoy from our first night of VBS at Harmony Church. The preacher's wife is the photographer/ videographer, so please be kind. 😁 Hopefully I can get more and maybe a little better pictures tonight and share them tomorrow. I think it's pretty safe to say that the little kids and the big kids had a lot of fun. ☺️❤️ If you didn't get a chance to join us last night, come on out tonight 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. bring your little ones and enjoy the evening with us. Learning about Jesus, crafts, singing, yummy food and snacks, outside play time. We've got it all! God is so good and we are so grateful. ✝️💜☺️

This quote is so true. Hard as I try, more often than not. I find myself in the company of the latter. 😔 I praise God everyday for loving me, never giving up on me, always picking me up, dusting me off and setting me back on my feet. 💜✝️

The definition of praise is -- expressing respect, gratitude and warm admiration for someone or something.-- I was skimming through Scriptures this morning about praise, there are hundreds of them in the Bible. One thing that stood out to me is how our ancestors, particularly in the Old testament, offered praise to God in the midst of suffering some of the worst circumstances of their lives. David stands out as one who could get into some pretty tough scrapes (many of the self-inflicted) and he always cried out to God in those times. When he prayed in his times of trouble he would praise God for not deserting him and for rescuing him, even before the rescue had occurred. David, like many of our ancestors, knew the power of praise.

I think in today's day and age, even the most faithful among us can forget just how powerful praise is. When we pray we tend to have our long list of petitions and requests to get on with instead of first praising God for what He has done, what He is doing and what He will do for us. -- Praise throws open the Gates of Heaven and brings us into the very presence of God. Praise is the most mighty weapon against the enemy, the evil one cannot stand being in the presence of praising tongues. Praise strengthens us in body, mind and spirit for it is impossible for our mouths to be complaining and praising at the very same time....try it, it can't be done. When we choose to praise God instead of complaining about our circumstances we are filled with God's peace instead of the world's chaos.

God absolutely wants to hear about our concerns, requests and petitions, but please don't forget to FIRST thank and praise Him for all the things that He already has done, is doing and will do before we get started asking for more. -- Praising God always for His precious blessings and loving protection around all those I love so dearly.

Good morning, dear ones. Happy Sunday!! What a beautiful morning God is waking us up to today. 😊 Lots to be thankful for everyday. 💜✝️ Don't forget...we are staying after church today to decorate for VBS. Please plan to stay and help if you are able. Please keep VBS in your prayers. We are looking forward to a fabulous and blessed time with our little ones. -- As always, Harmony Church will have her doors and hearts open to welcome you for Worship this morning. All are warmly welcomed and we hope to see you there.

I know there are people in this world who cannot or will not believe in anything higher than themselves. I'm not judging those who have a difficult time believing in God. I'm sure these dear ones could give lots of what sounds like good reasons as they justify their unbelief. However, if we could speak with the dead...if the dead could share with us where they are and what they are seeing, I think there's a more than good chance that a lot of those unbelieving hearts and minds would be changed.-- For myself personally, I believe God's Word which tells us that who we are is not just the bodies that decay and die but we are the souls that reside in these bodies. When these bodies breathe their last breath, our souls will still live on for Eternity. The question today is the same as it has been since the Beginning...... Where will our souls be spending Eternity?

As always, today and everyday, I am praising God for another day of life and His loving protection over all those I love so dearly.
