Faithful in the Small Things
“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much.”
—Luke 16:10 (KJV)
Not every act of service is dramatic or easily noticed. Much of the work that matters most is found in ordinary moments—a phone call returned, a concern carefully heard, a room prepared, a patient reassured, or a task completed with care.
God does not measure faithfulness by how visible our work may be. He sees the quiet acts of obedience, kindness, and responsibility that others may never recognize.
At our clinics, every role and every task contributes to the care of our patients and communities. When we approach even the smallest responsibility with compassion and excellence, we reflect the love of Christ through our work.
As we begin a new season, may we remain faithful in the work God has placed before us, trusting that He can use even the smallest act of service for a greater purpose.
