I always love looking at the deleted scenes of a favorite movie once it comes to home video. Or even viewing the director’s cut of a film. It’s the opportunity of seeing more what I loved. With every preaching series I do, it is inevitable that there are points or entire sermons I skip due to time. However it is very rare that I have the opportunity to go back and preach a sermon that was left on the cutting room floor. This Sabbath I get to do precisely that. Jesus concludes His series of parables with a curious statement Matthew 13. I chose not to include it originally because it didn’t begin with the familiar, “The kingdom of heaven is like…” But, it does conclude the series of parables so I’m preaching it. Yes, the series isn’t quite over!

Breath of Life Worship: 12 noon

Happy Sabbath church family! Another week has ended.

We are so blessed to have our Dr. Elizabeth Talbot share the Word with us tomorrow for our Women's Emphasis Day! After our service, please join us for a church-wide fellowship potluck lunch in our Fellowship Hall upstairs.

Next Sabbath's schedule is a little different...

We are hosting the Breath of Life Young Adult Rally on Sept 4 and 5. On Sept 5 there will be no Sabbath School classes. In place of Sabbath School we will show the feature film "David" in the Chapel for our Lower Division Sabbath School classes at 10 am. We will have a local worship service at 10:30 am with Pastor Jonathan Henderson giving the sermon.

Please join the Breath of Life worship at 12 noon with Pastor Deblaire Snell and special musical guest Jonathan McReynolds! Workshops for this event will be at 10:30 am and at 4 pm, and are for paid registrants only.
