How do you love LGBTQ+ family members without compromising your faith? 🤍

As Christians, we are called to love people the way Christ loves people. Jesus loved us while we were still sinners, and His love was never based on agreement or perfection.

Loving someone does not mean you must agree with every choice they make. At the same time, disagreement should never become hatred, rejection, or disrespect.

Love your family members sincerely. Treat them with kindness and dignity. And if the topic comes up, share your biblical convictions with grace, honesty, and compassion.

Why do Christians struggle with depression and anxiety—and what can we do about it? 🤍

Christians are human too. Life’s challenges, emotional wounds, fears, and difficult circumstances can affect anyone. Even biblical figures experienced seasons of deep sorrow and discouragement.

The Bible points us to a source of joy and peace that comes from God. Through prayer, fellowship with the Holy Spirit, and support from other believers, we can find strength in difficult seasons.

And if you're struggling, don't walk through it alone. Reach out to trusted spiritual leaders and mature believers who can pray with you and support you.

I was hurt by the church. Should I ever come back?

Being hurt by someone in church can be deeply painful. But often, it’s not the entire church that hurt us—it’s specific people within it.

The Bible teaches us not to run from unresolved wounds but to address them with wisdom, truth, and forgiveness. Jesus calls us to seek reconciliation, have honest conversations, and forgive even when it’s difficult.

Healing doesn’t come from avoiding the pain—it comes from allowing God to restore your heart. Don’t let someone’s failure keep you from God’s family and His purpose for your life.

What does biblical submission in marriage actually mean? 🤍

Biblical submission is often misunderstood. It’s not about one person being less valuable or less important than the other.

Ephesians 5:21 says, “Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.” True submission is rooted in love, honor, and mutual respect.

The Bible teaches different roles within marriage, but the heart of biblical submission is serving, honoring, and loving one another the way Christ loves us.

How do you deal with hypocrisy you see in Christians?

Seeing hypocrisy can be discouraging, but don’t let someone else’s actions weaken your faith.

If God leads you, speak the truth in love. If the moment isn’t right, begin with prayer. Ask God to work in that person’s heart and give you wisdom for any future conversation.

Remember, we are all on a journey of growth and transformation. Respond with truth, grace, and a desire for restoration—not condemnation.

Is tithing still required, or was it only for the Old Testament? 🤍

Everything we have ultimately comes from God. Our abilities, opportunities, resources, and wealth are gifts from Him.

Tithing existed before the Law through Abraham, continued under the Law, and was acknowledged by Jesus. But Scripture teaches that generosity without justice, mercy, and faithfulness misses the heart of God.

Tithing should never be a religious obligation—it should be a grateful response to God's provision and faithfulness in our lives.

Do I have to serve God after salvation, or is being saved enough?

Serving God is not about obligation—it’s about relationship.

God doesn’t want His children to serve Him out of fear, pressure, or duty. He invites us into a relationship where service becomes a natural response to His love.

As you grow in faith and maturity, you begin to desire being useful for God’s Kingdom—not because you have to, but because you love Him.

Is divorce ever biblically allowed? 🤍

The Bible presents marriage as a sacred covenant, but it also acknowledges situations where separation or divorce may occur.

Scripture specifically mentions sexual immorality and abandonment by an unbelieving spouse. Many Christians also recognize that ongoing abuse can violate the covenant of marriage and require serious action for protection and safety.

Every situation is unique. Before making major decisions, seek God in prayer, search the Scriptures, and receive wise counsel from mature believers.

Can Christians drink alcohol?

The Bible does not specifically call alcohol a sin. Scripture mentions wine in several places, including celebrations and even medicinal use.

What the Bible clearly warns against is drunkenness. Losing self-control, making foolish decisions, and allowing alcohol to master you is where the danger begins.

For some believers, a small amount may not be a problem. For others, complete abstinence may be the wisest choice.

The question is not simply whether you can drink—but whether it brings you closer to God or pulls you away from Him.

Is going to church only on Sundays enough to grow in faith? 🤍

Attending church on Sunday is valuable—but spiritual growth requires more than one service a week.

Faith grows through your personal relationship with God, daily prayer, reading Scripture, and spending time in His presence. Church services, sermons, and fellowship with other believers strengthen that growth, but they shouldn’t be your only source.

The deeper you pursue God throughout the week, the stronger your faith will become.
