YOUR PAST DOESN’T GET THE FINAL WORD.

This Sunday is Testimony Sunday, and Pastor Willie Alfonso will be with us sharing the powerful story behind his new book, On the Other Side of Fear.

From being kicked out of his home at 11, living on the streets of Brooklyn, and battling drug addiction—to meeting Jesus and seeing his entire life transformed. Today, Willie has spent his life pouring into others, serving in sports ministry, as chaplain to the Brooklyn Nets and New York Yankees, and now with Adult & Teen Challenge New Jersey.

His story is a reminder that Jesus still saves. Jesus still restores. Jesus still changes lives.

This is the Sunday to bring somebody. Bring the friend who needs hope. Bring the family member who feels too far gone. Bring the person who needs to be reminded that their story is still being written.

Two new series. One invitation: grow in the Spirit.

This Wednesday, we begin Spiritual Gifts — learning how the Holy Spirit equips each of us to serve, strengthen the Church, and live with purpose.

This Sunday, we begin Fruit of the Spirit— discovering the character God desires to form in us as we walk closely with Him.

Our new reading plan is designed to help you carry these teachings beyond Sunday and Wednesday. Spend time in the Word each day, pray through what you’re reading, and ask the Holy Spirit to show you what He wants to develop and activate in your life.
