It’s Rally Sunday Time—Come Join the Fun!
Rally Sunday is September 13th at 10:30 AM at Glen Flora Lutheran Church, and we’re ready to kick off a brand-new year of faith, friendship, learning, and fun. We’ll have a festive service to welcome the kids back, treat bags for the children attending worship, and a special time of fellowship after the service—complete with ice cream sundaes! Come worship, celebrate, and stay for a sweet treat. It’s a Sunday you won’t want to miss!
Wednesday Club is back and ready to roll! Beginning September 16th all children from Pre-K through 5th Grade are welcome to join us Wednesdays from 3:45–5:00 PM. Each week brings an opening, Bible lesson, music, snacks, and plenty more, along with some special events throughout the year. Whether you’re joining for the first time or coming back for another year, there’s always room for one more!
And don’t forget about Confirmation! Students in Grades 6, 7, and 8 will begin Confirmation on Sunday, September 20th at 9:15 AM. Ninth Grade Confirmation begins Wednesday, September 16th at 6:30 PM, with the Rite of Confirmation to be celebrated on Reformation Sunday, October 25th.
So, mark the date, don’t be late—Rally Sunday is going to be great! Come worship, reconnect, and kick off the year with us. More information to follow!

The pumpkins are turning, the mums are in bloom—mark your calendars, the Fall Festival is coming soon! Plans are underway, the excitement is brewing, and we’re getting ready for an afternoon filled with food, fun, fellowship, and plenty to do. Join us for the Annual Glen Flora Lutheran Church Fall Festival on Saturday, October 3rd, from 3:00–7:00 PM. From bake sale goodies and pie auctions to silent auctions, crafts, a youth booth, games for all ages, and a free community dinner, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. We’re also excited to offer our first-ever Glen Flora Lutheran Church Cookbook for sale! So gather your family, bring a friend, and come celebrate the season with us—the fun is growing, the plans are flowing, and our Fall Festival is sure to get everyone going!
