Parkview Night is coming!

Join us Sunday, September 13 at 5:00 PM for an evening of food, fun, and time together as a church family! We’ll have our regular Sunday morning services, then come back together that evening for Parkview Night.

We’ll provide the main meal, bounce houses, music, and plenty of time to hang out. Just bring a chair and a side dish to enjoy and share with the family or friends you’re sitting with. See you there!

From the first day of Parkview Kids Camp to the last, it was a joy to watch kids laugh, learn, make new friends, and discover more about who Jesus is.

Thank you to every volunteer, parent, and family who made PKC such an incredible part of the summer. Thank you for letting us be part of your kids’ summer!

Take a look back at some highlights of camp!

Summer may be winding down, but we’re still celebrating all God has done over the last couple of months.

The Collective Camp was filled with games, sports, creativity, friendships, and opportunities to learn more about Jesus. We’re so thankful for every student, volunteer, and leader who made this summer so special.

Here’s a look back at The Collective Summer Camp!

Summer Nights have been such a fun part of this summer!

From Color Wars and Nerf Wars to worship around the campfire, it’s been awesome watching students laugh, connect, worship, and make memories together.

Here are a few of our favorite moments from the summer so far!

There’s still one more Summer Night left! If you’re in middle school or high school and haven’t signed up for Raging Waves this Sunday, there’s still time. Don’t miss out on one last night to hang out before summer wraps up. We’d love to see you there! Sign up at the link in our stories!

Thank you to everyone who has donated supplies for Stuff the Bus! If you would like to donate school supplies, we are still in need of glue sticks, dry erase markers, and wide ruled spiral notebooks! We will be collecting items through this Sunday, July 19. Thank you for your generosity! See you Sunday!

June has flown by! We spent months preparing for summer, and it's hard to believe camp is over. It's been a full month of serving our community, building relationships, and sharing the love of Jesus.

Community Impact

Summer Camp has been the highlight of the month! We welcomed over 60 students and 20 incredible volunteers in Villa Park for weeks filled with creativity, learning, and fun. Campers discovered new interests through electricity experiments, cooking, 3D printing, and artwork while making friends. We also played plenty of dodgeball, soccer, and other games while learning that Jesus loves us, wants a relationship with us, and gave us the Holy Spirit to be with us every day.

One of the greatest blessings of camp has been our volunteers. They generously poured their time, energy, creativity, and love into making these weeks unforgettable. Whether leading activities, encouraging campers, preparing supplies, or simply showing up with a smile, they have been the hands and feet of Jesus.

We helped host a Spanish drive-in movie night. Even though the rain changed our plans, it was a wonderful evening for families to gather and enjoy time together in their own language.

We rented a pool so camp families could continue building friendships outside of camp.

Family Impact

Our Hispanic Family Picnic brought families together for food, fellowship, and encouragement. A local pastor shared how God is moving in our community, and families signed up for ESL classes.

We enjoyed a fun tie-dye night where everyone created colorful shirts.

When the power unexpectedly went out one evening, we played games together in the dark—which turned into one of the most memorable nights!

We partnered with another organization to take families to Topgolf, giving many the chance to play golf for the first time.
School Impact

While school is out, we're thankful for the relationships we've built with students and families. Summer gives us a unique opportunity to continue investing in those connections.

Thank you for praying, volunteering, and supporting this ministry. Please continue praying for our campers and families—that the seeds planted this summer would continue to grow.
