When Jesus tells Saint Peter to “get behind me,” it’s not simply a chastisement. Rather, He is instructing him (and us) in how to be a disciple. Only by following Christ can we hope for eternal life. Every other agenda will lead to something less.

All Christian identities founded on the person of Jesus. When we recognize Christ for who He is, the we must also allow Him to define us - not the other way around. Our identity and mission can only come from Him.

🚨🇵🇪 ÚLTIMA HORA: FUERTE TERREMOTO DE MAGNITUD 7.2 SACUDE PERÚ

Un fuerte terremoto de magnitud 7.2 sacudió la región de Ayacucho, al sur de Perú, provocando alarma entre la población.

📍 De acuerdo con el Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP), el epicentro se localizó cerca de Coracora, provincia de Parinacochas, y el movimiento fue percibido en diferentes zonas del país.

🙏 Hasta el momento no se reportan víctimas ni daños graves confirmados, mientras las autoridades continúan realizando evaluaciones en las zonas afectadas.

🌊 Las autoridades también informaron que no existe amenaza de tsunami asociada al sismo.

⚠️ INFORMACIÓN EN DESARROLLO: los reportes pueden cambiar conforme las autoridades inspeccionen las comunidades afectadas.
