St. Michael's Glen Allen Haiti Ministry St. Michael's Parish is twinned with St. Jean-Baptiste Parish, Dos Palais, Haiti. Fr. Norvela Garcon is now the pastor in Dos-Palais. He has visited St.

Michael twice; groups of Michaelonian's have visited Dos-Palais and experienced the warm hospitality of his parishioners. The Sponsorship Program, in which Michaelonian's sponsor individual children in the St. Jean-Baptiste school, builds personal relationships. A rectory, a new school, a new church, and a potable water system (all built due to the generosity of Michaelonian's) are tangible signs

to the people of Dos-Palais that a community of people they have never met cares about them - which gives them hope.

Volunteers needed 9/7, 9/8 and 9/9/17.

Accepting all donations of gently used items including: household, linens, tools, sporting goods, furniture, clothes, toys, books, etc.

Drop-off is today, 9/7, Thursday 9 am- 8 pm or Friday, 9/8, 9 am- 3 p.m. PLEASE NO ITEMS AFTER 3 P.M.!

We are having our ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE on Saturday 9/9/17, 7AM to 12 NOON.

WE TAKE THE SAME ITEMS AS GOODWILL. Donations are tax deductible, and all proceeds from sale go to a small village in Haiti that we support with schools, healthcare and economic development. Help us try to make a difference.

SATURDAY DOORS OPEN AT 7 AM AND SALE RUNS TILL NOON.
