In 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Paul established the fact of inspiration by declaring that “All Scripture is inspired by God.” Peter now explains the process behind that inspiration in 2 Peter 1:16-21. How did God breathe out His Word? How did divine revelation become written Scripture? How could human authors write while God remained the ultimate Author?
