Tell all the 6th to 12th graders you know about SU!! It all kicks off TOMORROW with Highland Games!!!

The return of SU and our annual Highland Games is TOMORROW (9/9)! All 6th to 12th graders are invited to join us from 5-7:30 pm for dinner, devo, and games. There will even be a mechanical bull ride. Invite all your friends to come with you. Let’s make this year of SU the best yet!

Have you heard?! We have two brand-new curriculums in Glenview Kids this year! We launched Hyfi in our worship services in August, and will launch The Gospel Project in our 9 am groups this Sunday! Each week we encourage our kids to bring their Bibles to church! They not only earn points for bringing their Bibles, but we are learning how to dive in and use them! If you are looking for a Bible for your child, these are two great options for you! They are very similar, but the NIrV is better for early readers! Each child also has a GCC Bible bag to carry their Bible (and all their stuff!!) to church each week! If they have not gotten one yet, be sure to see Ms. Johanna on Sunday!

It was super encouraging to see so many kids, students, and parents at our Baptism Class yesterday! We studied the Gospel message and took time to explore the ABCs of salvation. Opportunities like this are designed to help the next generation understand what it means to follow Jesus and to be able to share Jesus with other people. God is good!
