Glade Spring Church of God The Glade Spring Church of God was originally established by J.L. Debord and his wife Sue in 1970. He served as Pastor for 40 years.

We have a great time and the spirit of God is truly moving! On April 28th 2011 we were destroyed by a tornado that passed through now we are rebuilding better than ever!! God knew what we were going to need. We completed rebuild in 220 days thanks be to God. RandR contractors of Abingdon did the work. Thank God for Rodney Ray his family and crew:) we were back in church November 14th 2011.

Join us at Glade Spring Church of God for an unforgettable Youth Sunday on August 30th! Our incredible youth are stepping up, leading worship, and taking over the entire service. You do NOT want to miss what God is doing in this generation!

Here’s the breakdown for the day:

10:00 AM – Sunday School

11:00 AM – Main Worship Service

6:00 PM – Fellowship Dinner

Pack the pews, bring your family, invite your friends, and come back for amazing food and fellowship at 6 PM! Let’s show up and support our youth in a BIG way.
