Another wonderful church picnic is in the books. Everyone had a great time despite the heat! We were blessed with an outstanding devotion and song by Zak McAllister.
After a meal, we celebrated the baptism of two beautiful children.

A great group of workers came out last Saturday to work on the new facility that will soon be our church.

THIS Saturday, July 25, 2026 Historic Downtown Glade Spring is shopping Christmas early!

Come out and enjoy special holiday gifts & décor (some vintage finds too!) from local shops and businesses on the Square, including:

🥕 Glade Spring Farmer's Market: 8:30 am -Noon (with a Master Gardener guest presenter!)
🌮 Chili Lime Kitchen Food Truck: serving breakfast
🔫 Town Square Guns: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
🔨 Surber & Son Hardware Store: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
👵 Glade Spring Senior Center: 8:30 am–2:00 pm
📚 Glade Spring Library: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
👕 Endless Blessing Thrift & Clothing Store: 8:30 am–5:00 pm

This is a community event hosted by our local downtown businesses (not town-sponsored) but we love seeing folks come out and support them! Bring the family, grab some breakfast, do some early holiday shopping, and enjoy a fun morning on the Square.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!
There will be no Sunday morning service on June 7th. However we are having our Annual Picnic at Washington County Park (19482 County Park Rd, Abingdon, VA 24211) Shelter 3. We will be eating around 11:00ish but come earlier and fellowship.
We will see there!
