Girard United Methodist Church The mission of the church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Sunday School 9:45 a.m. Worship 11:00 a.m.

A friendly group of Christians of all ages that meet for Sunday school and Worship. We have Sunday school for all ages and an active youth group for young people in grades 6-12. Children's Church during the worship service 3yr old --6th grade. We are active in outreach to the community and the world.

It's National Take A Kid Grocery Shopping Day ! Not really, but why not ? Pick the grandkids up after school today and head for the grocery store to buy some cans for the Can Wars Food Drive. You'll get some time with the grandkids and the school kids increase their chance of winning the competition with Frontenac. (The grandkids will love you for it, they won't have to ride the bus home.) Support USD 248 in their efforts !
