On this beautiful Sunday morning, the congregation in Gilroy, California, gathered with joyful hearts in the house of the Lord for Sunday School. The Spirit of the Lord brought to remembrance a deeply inspiring message: "Along the New and Living Path, consecrated by Jesus Christ. The Church of the Lord continues from triumph to triumph, living her Faith."
As the Apostle of Jesus Christ, Naasón Joaquín García, reminded us, "And so we continue here in this world, not discouraged by the waves, but driven by grace."
The Church of the Living God is present all across the world, so let no one be troubled. We are walking the very same path that Jesus and the Apostles walked before us. The path of Jesus Christ was never easy; He was criticized at every turn, and in our own lives as Christians, we know there will be many trials and troubles. But Jesus left us a complete example and a perfect model of how to overcome every hardship. Whenever we feel down or overwhelmed, we can turn to Him, call out, "Help me!" and know with absolute certainty that He will sustain us.
Hebrews 12:1–2, reminds us - "Let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith..." Every time we feel overwhelmed, we turn to Him and pray, and His grace carries us through. Driven by grace, the Church of God moves forward together, living our faith and triumphing in Christ.
