This Saturday, May 30th, the Men's Ministry will be hosting a Missions focused event. Amos and David will be preparing a traditional Salvadoran meal for dinner. If you would like to help prep and/or cook, please contact one of us. To be clear, we've never done this before and don't particularly know what we're doing so it will be an adventure!

I remember a time when I was young and broke (as opposed to old and broken). Everything I owned was borderline junk and I couldn't afford to pay someone else to fix anything. I also couldn't afford a lot of tools or expertise needed to fix things myself. I remember the frustration well! God has blessed me over the years. I inherited a lot of tools from my stepfather and father-in-law and I have a big shed to work on my projects now! In fact, I have several duplicates of tools stashed around my garage. So, instead of hoarding them, I'm going to gather up all my "extras" and bring them to the UBC Men's Ministry event this Saturday evening! They are serving free breakfast for dinner at 5:30. I'll set my tools out and invite anyone who might have a need for them to take their pick. I'm inviting you to join me to do the same. Come have some food and fellowship and, if you're willing, bring some tools to swap or share. If you know of someone who, like me, was trying to drop a transmission on a gravel driveway using a Crescent wrench and a screwdriver - bring them along too! I'd like to help that guy out.

We’re gathering on Saturday, February 21st at 5:30 pm for a night that hits all the best notes: great food, hands‑on service, and time together that actually builds brotherhood.

🍳 Breakfast for Dinner
Because breakfast tastes better when you eat it at night.

🔧 Tool Swap Table
Got an extra tool (or three) you can part with? Bring them along!
We’ll set up a swap table so guys can bless each other with something useful.

🛠️ Service Stations
We’ll spend part of the evening putting together care packages:
- First Responders — to encourage those who serve our community
- Widows & Shut‑ins — to remind them they’re seen and loved.

The Bags Tournament and Pizza Party was a blast! Thanks to all the guys that showed up.
There's already a plan in the works for February but I'm not quite ready to share yet. You might want to keep the evening of Saturday, February 21st open though 😎 There will be food! 😋
