Catholics in Action promotes spirituality, formation, and apostolate. Anne in Gilbert, Arizona. The ministry was started at the parish of St.

Catholic Action, as described by Vatican II and by Pope Pius XI is "the collaboration of the laity in the apostolate of the hierarchy...the highest form of lay apostolate" which is developing its apostolate at the parish of St. Catholics in Action is an extension of the Church's beloved Catholic Action and its mission is to help bring forth new fruits of holiness amongst the laity, as it did with

people like St. Gianna Beretta Molla, Blessed Pier Giogio Frassati or Blessed Anacleto Gonzalez flores, recently portrayed in the movie "For Greater Glory" by Mexican actor Eduardo Verásegui. In Europe, primarily in Italy and Spain, the Catholic Action is a widely known apostolic movement composed only by secular members and it is characterized by its union to the Holy Father the Pope and the Bishops. Anne in Gilbert, Arizona with the hope of it bearing fruits of holiness amonst the American Lay community, just as it has in other countries.

Welcome back to myself because I forgot to post last week. Join us this Wednesday, May 22nd at St. Anne's Church starting at 6:30pm for another St. Anne Formation talk. This week, Steve Greene's talk is: The Hidden Wedding Vow: Educating and Catechizing our Children. Important stuff here folks.

Then afterwards across the pond in St. Anne's Parish Hall at 8pm is our Catholics in Action Meeting, where we vibe, expound upon the talks, and have a grand ole time. Do come and attend!

Was feeling inspired at the Met the other day...so here's Caravaggio's Seven Works of Mercy. Fun Fact: he killed a man in a brawl and had to flee to avoid the death sentence. What a guy.

Join us this Wednesday May 8th at St. Anne's Church starting at 6:30pm for a Holy Family Institute Formation Talk. Tomorrow, Steve Greene discusses: That You Did Unto Me: The Corporal Works of Mercy. Find out what they are and incorporate them into your life. For the most important theological virtue is charity.

Then Afterwards at 8pm, we will have our biweekly Catholics in Action Meeting to discuss this and that with some if, ands, and buts. It shall be a wonderful event if you bequeath us all with your presences.

Anddddd finally, Friends of the Needy is this Saturday May the 4th be with you, from 8-11am, where we pack boxes of food for those in need. We can definitely use your help at the St. Anne Annex 14 N Cottonwood Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85234. Feel free to ask Teach for more details.

Afterwards at 8pm in St. Anne's Parish Hall, we will be having a Catholics in Action Meeting to be social, compliment each other's fashion sense, and of course, continue the catechistic conversation.
