for more than 10 years along with 20 years of sales experience, Grady utilizes that same entrepreneurial spirit to coach, teach and mentor self employed individuals, pastors and leaders in very practical and relevant leadership skills and processes. It is through these processes that he has helped leaders not only survive the weight of leadership but thrive and see steady compounding growth while all the while experience a greater quality of life.
