What a Sunday. ❤️ 4 child dedications. 5 baptisms. So many reasons to celebrate. We watched families stand before their church and commit to raising their children to know and follow Jesus, and we watched four people publicly declare that Jesus has changed their lives. These are the moments we pray for. God is moving. Lives are changing. And we’re so grateful we get to be part of it.

You might not be falling apart. You might just be exhausted. And there’s actually a reason everything feels harder when you’re running on empty.

Your cravings change. Your decisions change. Your anxiety gets louder. Quick relief starts looking really good.

But here’s the part I can’t get over:
When Elijah completely crashed, God didn’t shame him.

He let him sleep. He fed him. He gave him water. Then He spoke.

Maybe that’s a word for somebody today.
Don’t make permanent decisions from an exhausted place.

Rest. Eat. Get quiet. Get with God.
Because maybe God hasn’t been absent.
Maybe everything else has just been louder.

Sometimes the thing that hurts the most reveals the god we trusted the most.
Money. Approval. Control. Relationships. Even our own ability to keep everything together.
We’ve all heard, “God will never give you more than you can handle.”

But Paul describes being under pressure far beyond his ability to endure. Why?
“That we might not rely on ourselves but on God.” 2 Corinthians 1:9

Sometimes God allows us to reach the end of ourselves, not because He has abandoned us, but because self-reliance was never the goal.

The prayer begins to change from:
“God, get me out of this.”
to:
“God, whatever happens, don’t let me go through this without You.”

And the painful chapter you would have never chosen can eventually become the testimony

God uses to give someone else hope.
Your story isn’t over.
