Glory to Jesus Christ!

Come tonight at 7 pm to St Thomas to celebrate the first day of Great Lent in the Byzantine tradition! We will be celebrating the presanctified Liturgy which only occurs during weekdays during the great fast. Along with enriching the effects of our fast and centering our day on Christ, the liturgy itself is also one of the most beautiful services of the year.

Come, and let us practice repentance in joy as we await the glorious resurrection of our great God and savior Jesus Christ!

Tomorrow we will have Divine Liturgy at 10 AM, preceded by Christmas carols at 9:45 AM! Cookie exchange in the hall after DL!

Divine Liturgy tonight at 7:00 for the Feast of the Blessed Martyr Theodore Romzha, Bishop of Mukachevo, whose icon is featured in our iconostasis as he is a significant figure in our Ruthenian Church. He was martyred in 1947, at the age of 33, resisting Soviet persecution. Blessed Theodore, pray for us!
