My elder brother in the ministry, Rev. F Hilliard. Always encouraging and advising me. Met him there, at the Fellowship M B C, under the leadership of one Rev Dr. Moses S. Gordon II. We shall meet again, 4th Sunday, as we celebrate our pastor for 50 Years of service and his retirement.

Want thank God for one Pastor Irvin Brown Sr. , a man after God’s own heart. Congratulations on your retirement of pastoring The First Israel Baptist Church. Thank for being an inspiration to many students and fellow ministers. May God bless and keep you and your family wrapped in His love🙏🏽💕💐.

God has truly blessed me in ministering. I was not rebellious in my calling in 1986, but truly needed confirmation against my comedy lifestyle. I assured by God, thru the wisdom of pastor, Rev. Dr. Moses S. Gordon II, who simply told me to wait and the respond. Certainly there was no rest in my spirit nor my flesh, until I said, Lord I’m willing. Forty years and I’ve seen the evidence in so many miraculous ways. I just want to thank God and all those who encouraged and showed much love to what God has mold me to be. From family& friends, the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, Little Zion of Gonzales, St. James and now Triumph Baptist Churches of Gibson, LA. Thank you all🙏🏽
