The church of Christ at Gibson is a body of new testament believers located in the small town of Gibson, Louisiana under the spiritual leadership and guidance of Bro. The congregation, at Gibson, was established on October 31, 1980 with the premise of serving GOD by spreading His Word in and around the community of Gibson (and throughout the world) as well as
leading souls to Christ. The Mission of the church of Christ at Gibson:
Because of our deep love for GOD and our commitment to GOD, we are always seeking ways to make HIM proud through ministering, serving and/or meeting the needs of those in and around our community (and throughout the world), both physically and spiritually, in order to lead them to Christ. Our focus is to continuously serve GOD by serving others. Worship Times at the church of Christ at Gibson:
We would love to have you (and your family) worship with us on Sundays at 10:30 A.M. (CST) and again on Wednesdays at 6:30 P.M. (CST) at 5132 North Bayou Black Dr., Gibson, LA 70356 OR via Zoom telephone (conference call). Also, you have the option to worship with us via Zoom video conference using your smartphone (download the Zoom app on your cellphone), laptop or desktop computer, as well. What to Expect when Worshipping at the church of Christ at Gibson:
When worshipping with us, you will observe the following:
~Offering of prayer
~Acapella (congregational) singing (which will be led by one of our song leaders)
~Preaching of a sermon (from GOD's inspired Word)
~Inviting you to become a Christian (IF you so desire)
~Praying on behalf of Christians (who desire prayers)
~Offering of the LORD's supper (every first day of the week)
~Receiving collection from our members (to support the work of our local congregation)
