Gettysburg Hillel Hillel at Gettysburg College brings Jewish life to campus through social, cultural, and spiritual events.

Hillel at Gettysburg College is a home-away-from-home for Jewish students. Hillel serves spiritual, cultural, and social needs for Jewish students and also introduces the campus to Jewish life. The group strives to build a close-knit community among Jewish college students while reaching out to the non-Jewish college community. Hillel provides a variety of programs and services for the Gettysburg Community which can be found at www.gettysburg.edu/hillel/

Today is Trans Day of Visibility. We want to share this from CBST, a q***r Synagogue in NYC. According to Rabbi Denise Eger, as stated in her book, Where Pride Dwells, Trans Visibility Day was, "created in 2009 as a day to raise positive awareness of the transgender community....Trans Visibility day celebrates the contributions and raises of the transgender community.

Today is ! Every March 31, communities around the world mark Trans Day of Visibility ( ), celebrating trans and nonbinary and gender-nonconforming people who expand our understanding of the world and its possibilities.

CBST is particularly blessed to have many and members, friends, colleagues, and teachers, and we hope you’ll take time today to enjoy the wealth of creativity, brilliance, and opportunities to take action.

Wow--Hanukkah Celebration last night was amazing! Thank you to Emily for making latkes, Lilly for ordering the donuts, Alisha for making the flyer, Hannah for putting together the goodie bags and Hanukkah info table, Emma for buying supplies and Emily for overseeing one of the tables. An awesome team and a really fun Hanukkah Celebration!
