Blessings this Palm Sunday morning. Prepare for a week, that moves from a high to a low. A cross awaits our Savior.
Just want to thank everybody who made our Drive Thru Ham & Turkey Dinner the success it was. The community support was very much appreciated. Our church family is truly a blessing.

Today and every day is a day to count your blessings. As of now I do not need to see my cancer surgeon for another year. praise the Lord.

Hope all my church family, my brothers and sisters both near and far had a blessed Thanksgiving this year. Although we celebrated it in so many different ways, with and without some traditions I know it did not stop us from giving thanks to the One who is the gift of Life.

Gerrardstown UMC will be collecting towels and wash clothes for the next 3 Sundays. Please bring them with you when you come to the worship service. We are collecting them for the homeless, as a mission ministry. What a great ministry it will be. May be, by the way, a coincidence our Gospel passage for this Sunday will be Matthew 25:31-40.
