We are here to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to communicate to the world through preaching, teaching, worshiping, and stewardship that "Jesus Saves." "The Lord has done great things for us, whereof we are glad."

On behalf of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church family, I am indeed delighted to bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am hon

ored and filled with great joy as I welcome you to our page. Olive, "THE VISION" has been unfolding into a reality in more ways than one. Souls are being saved and baptized, bodies are being healed, and the membership is forever increasing. God has done just what He said He would do and I know there is more to come. As pastor, I am thankful to our founding fathers and mothers who started this congregation many years ago. It is because of them and their hard work and dedication that we are standing in Mt. Olive family wish to thank you for being a friend to us. You indeed are apart of "THE VISION" in becoming a reality. Our prayers are that God will richly bless you.

Celebrate with us this Sunday as we commemorate our 142nd Church Anniversary on this Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM!

We are calling on every generation to show up and represent for our Battle of the Decades! Whether you’re representing the 1930s, ’40s, ’50s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, 2000s, or beyond, we want every decade in the house as we celebrate together.

For 142 years, God has remained faithful through every generation and every changing season of Mt. Olive. Join us as we honor our history, celebrate our present, and look forward to the future!
