Every day requires a certain amount of energy. Some, more than others. Some days you may feel like you don’t have enough energy to make it, but you can.  One of my favorite verses is 2 Timothy, 1:7, “For God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of strength, power and a sound mind. “ Plug in to God and find His Power. He has the power to save the lost and the power to guide His Children. I can’t do it on my own but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Giving your life to Jesus is the most important thing that you can do in this life. Once you do, you are saved and alive forever. What should you do with a gift like that? Be a living sacrifice! Work every day to grow as a Christian so as to resemble Christ. As you grow watch for opportunities to share your faith and maybe just maybe you can bring someone with you from death to life.

🎁 Operation Christmas Child is Here! 🎁

It’s time to begin preparing for another exciting year of sharing the love of Christ through shoebox gifts! Our goal for 2026 is 2,026 shoeboxes, and we can’t do it without you!

📅 Mark your calendars for these upcoming events.

Every shoebox is an opportunity to share the Gospel with a child somewhere in the world. What goes into the box is temporary, but what comes out is eternal.

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15

🙏 Prayer Vigil Reminder 🙏

Join us next Sunday Night, August 9th at 6:00 PM for our Prayer Vigil at Gano Baptist Church.

This will be a special evening as we gather together for prayer for areas in the Church, our schools in the county and seeking the Lord with his guidance. Whether you come for the entire evening or just part of it, we’d love to have you join us.

What a wonderful week of. Vacation Bible School! We have focused on the message that Jesus Christ is truly the light of the world. There are so many things in this world that can distract us from that light, but when you turn to Jesus, everything brightens.
