Last call to join a Community Meal Group!

If you’d like a way to get to know people of all ages in our church, join a Community Meal group. These groups of 8-10 people are a great way to get to know people of all ages by eating together once a month (September-November). You can sign up by tomorrow, September at georgetownbaptist.org/communitymeals.

If you’d like a way to get to know people of all ages in our church, join a Community Meal group. These groups of 8-10 people will meet together once a month (September-November) however they choose. You can sign up by next Monday, August 31 at georgetownbaptist.org/communitymeals.

SO much has been happening!

The sanctuary is really taking shape with some final paint touches, pews, and AV installation. It has been a busy couple of weeks with all of this work taking place to get us closer to being back in the room together. Be sure to take a peek Sunday morning on your way to worship or Sunday School.

We are also so much closer to paying for this renovation without borrowing! Your gifts of almost $200,000 so far are enabling us to make these lasting changes. You can give to our Sanctuary Renovation fund at georgetownbaptist.org/give to help us inch even closer.

Join us this Sunday night in the Fellowship Hall at 6 pm as we ask your committee to:
-share any calendar items for the remainder of the year,
-review your finances and begin preparations for the 2027 budget,
-and consider any recommendations to serve on your group to share with the Nominating Committee.
