The truth is, none of it can earn His favor.

The only way to come to Christ is empty-handed.

No works to offer.
No righteousness of your own.
No bargaining chip.

Just a sinner in need of a Savior.

The good news? Jesus has already done the work.

Stop trying to earn what He freely gives.

The world is shaping the next generation. We want to help shape them for Christ.

At The Mount Church, our goal is not simply to keep kids and teens busy, we want to help lead, model, and guide them to follow Jesus with their whole hearts. Our goal is to make disciples not lukewarm spectators.

Paul told Timothy:
"Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers..." - 1 Timothy 4:12

We believe young people can have a real, vibrant faith today. That's why we're committed to teaching God's Word, building authentic discipleship relationships, and helping parents become better disciple-makers in their own homes.

Our prayer is to see a generation that doesn't merely know about Jesus, but truly follows Him.

🙏 Our teens are heading to camp this week, and we would love for our church family and friends to be praying for them.

Pray that God would work in their hearts, draw them closer to Christ, strengthen their faith, and help them build lifelong friendships centered on Him. Pray for safety in travel, wisdom for the leaders, and that distractions would fade so they can clearly hear from God's Word.

Complaining often stems from pride, wanting our preferences over God's. If God doesn't condemn someone, who are we to? He is sanctifying them; let's build each other up instead of tearing down.
