This is a beautiful representation of the incredible group we have at camp this week!

Be praying as the week comes to a close that our senior high campers would be listening with open ears and soft hearts to the words of the Lord, and that our counselors would be aware of the needs and afflictions of their campers in order to love them well, and that both would have the energy to finish strong!

Now that we have come out of our post-big event coma…. The results of the 2026 Duck Race and BBQ!
We sold 2223 ducks, and our lucky winners were:
1st Duck 653- Bella Sears
2nd Duck 21- Gordon K***z
3rd Duck 630- Bella Sears
We also sold out the BBQ at 250 attendees! The silent and live auctions were a huge success. Our 2026 Champion Baker for our dessert dash was Zoe Sorrells with a $1450.00 unicorn cake!

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to all of our donors, volunteers, participants, and business that helped make this event such a great success! We deeply appreciate you and all you do to help the ministry at Koinonia change lives!!

Today’s Duck Race was such a fun day! A little chilly for us, but the ducks didn’t seem to mind one bit 🦆

2,223 ducks SOLD!
And the BBQ dinner kicking off at 4:00? Completely sold out too!

From the race earlier today to the dinner and auction about to get underway, it’s already been a day full of laughter, community, and purpose.

Thank you to everyone who shows up and gives—because of you, kids get to go to camp and experience something truly life-changing - Meeting Jesus!

Some confusion about the Duck Race has come to our attention. So we wanted to take a minute to clear it up: YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN!

That is right, you just go on, purchase your tickets, we dump the ducks, then the owners of the first three to cross the finish line will be notified of what place they won and we will get them their prize! (First place is $500!)

We know this must be what was holding back all of you who haven't purchased tickets yet! So go ahead and go get them now! We have a little over 400 ducks still left to sell! That is almost 5 whole camper scholarships. Help us change lives, by making it financially possible for campers to be at camp this summer!
