About A Glaring Error
The final volume of the trilogy that began with *Forsaking Mimosa* and continued with *The Dance Between*, *A Glaring Error* is a gripping coming-of-age story that reunites many beloved characters from Valerie Winn’s first two novels, including photographer Max Brinkmann, Beth’s father. When Aunt Ida is presented with the perfect opportunity to establish herself once and for all as a Mimosa treasure, a careless mistake in a crucial painting forces her to decide what kind of person she wants to be.
**About the Author**
Born in New Orleans, Valerie Winn grew up in McComb, Mississippi, a small railroad town just north of the Louisiana state line. Her father, a professional photographer, and her mother, who managed the studio while also retouching and hand-coloring portraits, filled her childhood with stories from the Great Depression that inspired her imagination. Encouraged in her love of drawing, reading, and writing, Valerie developed the storytelling passion that would eventually lead to the Mimosa Mississippi Trilogy.
