Who We Are - Pidcoke Methodist Church is a congregation that worships Jesus Christ in a community of love. Our church is now part of the Global Methodist Church. When To Arrive - Sunday school starts at 9:00 am and Sunday worship begins at 10:00 am. Visitors are welcome to both. If it's your first visit, we encourage you to arrive a few minutes so that the welcoming team, pastor, and others in the

church can greet you and make you feel at home. What To Wear - This is easy. We are an informal church and accept people as they are. There is no need to dress up unless that is your preference. Jeans and boots are normal. After all, this is Texas! And don’t forget - Jesus wore sandals. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. For Those With Disabilities - Our premises are accessible for those with disabilities, and we reserve parking spaces near the entrance. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are handicap accessible. What To Expect - For some people, going to a new church for the first time can make one a bit apprehensive, and we all have had a 'first day' at church. We promise that you'll find us to be a friendly bunch. If you don't understand something, please simply ask. How to Get Here - If you are driving then you'll be pleased to hear that there is plenty of paved parking with handicap spaces. The church is on highway FM 116 about 14 miles from either Gatesville (north of us) or Copperas Cove (south of us). Go to the FIND US page of the website for a map.

Pastor Bill is ordained as a Deacon in the Global Methodist Church by Bishop Emeritus Lowry and Bishop Jones at the Awakening Conference for the Mid-Tex Conference in Waco on January 21. The conference was the first Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church and the first ordination in the new denomination. Laying of hands were President Leah Hidde-Gregory, Presiding Elder Stephen Schmidt and Clydette. A great moment.

On Saturday, January 21, three pastors who have served or are serving Pidcoke Methodist were ordained in the Global Methodist Church. Mike Kerzee and Jim Hartley were ordained Elders, and current Pastor Bill Jones was ordained as Deacon. This was the culmination of the first Annual Conference of the GMC and this class of 24 pastors were the first ever to be ordained in the newly formed Global Methodist Church. It was a great day for all who attended the Awakening Conference at First Methodist Waco, January 19-21.
