We at CFC hope you have had a wonderful time with friends and family remembering the birth of our Lord and Savior and will be continually blessed as we thank Him for the blessings of 2021 as we look forward to glorifying Him in the new year to come. Thank you Lord Jesus.

Memorial day is next Monday. It's a day to remember all those men and women who have given their lives so that each of us can continue to experience the freedom to live life pretty much the way we want right here in the good ole' USA. There are days where we honor those who serve and those who are now serving but Memorial Day is the day that we look back from the Revolutionary war of the 18th Century to the wars of the 19th Century from the war of 1812 and even the War for Texas independence from Mexico and the American Civil war and the Spanish American war, all the way through the wars of the 20th Century, WWI and WWII and Korea and Vietnam, even the "Cold War" and on to Desert Storm and the War on Terrorism. Unfortunately the violence goes on. Personally I would add all 1st responders to this especially those who died as a result of the September 11th 2001, but to reiterate this day is not for those "All who gave some" but to those "Some who gave all". Hug a loved one and remember those who aren't here to hug any more, as we look forward to the day we see them in heaven.
