Sitting around a campfire is one of the simplest ways to draw out our deep-seated desire to slow down, reflect & listen. The crackle & pop of the wood has a mesmerizing effect that keeps us still & thoughtful. It goes with the flicker of the flames perfectly, creating an experience our senses want to return to again & again. A whisper from God is worth a thousand sermons, isn't it? It happens when we create a space to listen for a moment and hear what our hearts need to hear to carry us through this battered world.
We serve an attentive God who loves every part of us and knows the encouragement we need and when we need it most.
This month's Stones of Remembrance Fire is June 11th at 7:00 PM.
The following is description of what a Stones of Remembrane Fire is all about:
As a group of men we gather around a fire to talk about the real stuff—the challenges, the wins, the questions that don't always have easy answers.
These are monthly, local gatherings where men can come as they are, with nothing to prove and nothing to hide. It’s about showing up and being real, in a space where trust and honesty are built over time. A brotherhood around the flames
Whether you're looking for a place to connect deeply with other men or just need a night to unwind, Stones of Remembrance Fires offers a circle where authenticity is the only expectation. There are no scripts, no lectures, and no pressure. It’s about sharing our stories, listening to others, and finding strength in community.
What happens at a Fire stays at the Fire.
What makes these gatherings powerful is the trust that’s built. Whatever’s shared stays in the circle. It’s a place where you can let your guard down and know you’re surrounded by men who’ve got your back.
