4. REDEMPTION.

We affirm that the sixty-six books of the Bible are the inerrant, infallible, verbally inspired Word of God in their original writings and are our final and absolute authority. 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21
2. We affirm that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We affirm that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, impec

cable, the only Redeemer, and true God and true man. THE PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. We affirm that the Holy Spirit is a person. He calls sinners to Christ, regenerates, baptizes and seals in the Body, indwells and fills believers. Ephesians 1:13-14; 5:18
5. TOTAL DEPRAVITY OF MAN. We affirm that all men by nature are sinners, spiritually dead, and totally unable to please God. Romans 3:9; 8:8; Ephesians 2:1-3
6. We affirm that God justifies sinners by grace through faith in the propitiatory cross work of Christ. Romans 3:24-25; Ephesians 2:8-9
7. THE CHURCH
We affirm that there is one Church, the Body of Christ, over which Christ is the Head, and it consists of all true believers. Ephesians 1:22-23
8. THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST. We affirm that the coming of Christ will be personal, pre-millennial, and prior to the outpouring of God’s wrath. 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; Romans 5:9
9. HUMAN SEXUALITY AND MARRIAGE. (1) We believe that God has commanded that no intimate s*xual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between one man and one woman. We believe that any form of
homos*xuality, lesbianism, bis*xuality,
be******ty, in**st, fornication, adultery, and po*******hy are sinful perversions of God’s gift of s*x. We believe that God disapproves of and forbids any attempt to alter one’s gender by surgery or appearance. Gen. 2:24; Exodus 20:14; Lev. 18:1-30; Rom. 1: 26-29; 1 Cor.
5:1; 6:9-20; 1 Thess. 4:1-8;
Heb. 13:4
(2) We believe that the only Scriptural marriage is the joining of one man and one woman. Gen 1:27-28;
