🎟️ St. Francis of Assisi Family Festival Rules & Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe and joyful experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our official safety guidelines and festival rules.
These protocols are in partnership with the Gates Mills Police Department and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department.
🛡️ Enhanced Security Measures for 2025 Include:
Full perimeter fencing
Daily wristbands required for entry
No unaccompanied minors
Use of metal detectors
Failure to follow any rules will result in immediate removal and potential legal consequences at the discretion of law enforcement.
📜 Festival Rules:
Bag Checks: All backpacks, purses, and bags are subject to search.
Metal Detection: At event security’s sole discretion, any patron may be subject to metal detection.
No Masks or Face Coverings: Face coverings of any kind are not permitted inside the Festival.
No Illegal Substances: Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illicit materials are strictly prohibited on parish grounds.
No Weapons: No guns, knives, mace, pepper spray, or other weapons of any kind are permitted on parish grounds.
No Smoking or Va**ng on Festival grounds.
No Animals: Only licensed service dogs are permitted.
Minors Must Be Accompanied: All minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Valid ID must be presented upon request. Each adult may accompany a maximum of five (5) minors. Exceptions may be made for families at the sole discretion of event security.
Wristbands Required: All attendees—adults, children, and volunteers—must wear a wristband while inside the Festival.
Rule Enforcement: Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the Festival.
