Morning Devotional 💙

“What good is it if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds?” James 2:14

Faith is more than words. It is seen in how we love, serve, and care for others. This week, look for opportunities to put your faith into action through kindness, encouragement, and compassion.

Faith and works go hand in hand. When our faith is alive, it shows.

✨Prayer: Lord, help me to live out my faith each day so others may see Your love through me. Amen.

Today, just before bible study, a young lady walked in asking for prayer joined shortly after by her significant other. They weren’t sure what they were looking for or what they needed but God knew.

Our ministry team met them where they were. They talked. They listened. They prayed. Before it was over, that couple accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

This is why the Church exists. Not just as a building but as a bridge. When you can’t quite reach God on your own, the Church is the resource that connects you to the Source. We’re not the destination. God is.
We’re just the extension cord and there’s always room to plug in.
