Today we sponsored a successful American Red Cross Blood Drive. Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Many thanks to our donors and volunteers for their support.

Every month our church collects food and financial contributions for Crisis Assistance Ministry (CAM) in Gastonia. Their food pantry serves approximately 250 families a month. This week The Morning Circle (a group of women who meet monthly to fellowship, pray and study the Bible) volunteered their time with CAM. It was a wonderful experience for all. We appreciate their care for others.
