People are highly influenced by the behavior of others. If you want to kick a bad habit, or start new good habits, it has a lot to do with your "inner circle". Who do you talk to the most? Are they encouraging you or bringing you down? Do they keep you accountable to your word and make you own your actions? Or Do they simply except your excuses? Something to think about... I wanna be better, so in turn I evaluate my "circle" often.
