“When I think about them, I don’t just think about a pastor and his wife. I think about friends, people who genuinely love me, pray for me, laugh with me, and walk alongside me through life.

Pastor Marcus is dedicated to more than just preaching a good sermon. He is dedicated to seeing souls saved and making sure we are all on the right path to Heaven. And sometimes, that means stepping on my toes a little bit! But I know it’s all because he loves us and wants to see us make it.

And Sister Sydney, I appreciate the love, strength, and grace you bring. Your friendship, encouragement, and support mean so much to me. I know standing beside a pastor is a calling of its own, and I thank God for you.

The truth is, I am blessed to have people who care enough to tell me the truth, pray for me when I need it, and still love me when I act like I didn’t hear the sermon!

I thank God for your friendship, your dedication, and your hearts for the Kingdom. I pray that God continues to strengthen you, bless you & your family, and give you many more years of serving Him and loving His people.

I love you both, I appreciate you, and I am so thankful that God brought us to RHC.”—RHC Member
