Life ReNewed Harvest Ministries is committed to helping believers in the Gary, Indiana Community and around the world to step into who God has called them to be. Here members will step out in force, inspired and spiritually armed by Pastor Anthony Edwards to help others in their communities and across the world.

Life ReNewed Harvest Family,

Pastor and First Lady want to check on each and every one of you following the tornado and severe weather that passed through our area this evening.

We are praying for God’s protection, peace, and comfort over every family. If you have experienced any damage, displacement, power outages, or have any immediate needs, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your church family is here to support you during this time.

Pastor and First Lady will be making calls later to personally check on our members, but we wanted to reach out immediately to let you know that you are not alone. Whether you need prayer, assistance, resources, or simply someone to talk to, please contact us.

Due to ongoing road improvements, the railroad is closed in the following areas (see graphic). Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow all posted detour routes and traffic signage.

UPDATE:
The railroad will reopen crossings as they are completed, starting tomorrow at 10th Avenue and moving eastbound.
The contractor has already repaired the sections of rail that needed attention and is currently installing new ties. Asphalt paving will immediately follow this track work. Once the pavement is poured, it requires an overnight curing period.

Detour signage will be removed and the crossings will officially reopen the following morning.

The following crossings are currently open:
Hatcher Street & 11th Avenue
15th Avenue & Harrison Street
20th Avenue & Washington Street

For drivers traveling on Broadway, please use Washington Street to detour around the closure at 21st Avenue and Broadway.

The railroad anticipates completing all crossing repairs by June 19th.
