(2) that will be a willing witness of the reconciling, renewing, and rejuvenating love of God through Jesus Christ in our homes, communities, and our world;

(3) that not only prays for changed lives, but is willing to work to help make change possible in the world throu

gh relevant ministry;

(4) that is unequivocally committed to Africa;

(5) committed to biblical literacy;

(6) committed to cultural education and the historical education of Africans in Diaspora; and

(7) committed to social justice and liberation from any oppressive force (in any form) anywhere it exists in the world.

As Gary continues to recover from the recent storms, we want our neighbors to know they are not alone. Trinity United Church of Christ Gary and the Men of the Cave of Adullam Ministry, in partnership with Real Men Cook and Real Men Charities, Inc., will serve 200 free hot meals on Monday, August 31, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Meals will be available until all 200 have been distributed. Please help us spread the word so this information reaches those who may need it. We look forward to serving our community.
