On December 8,1998, (over 23+ years ago), Heavens On Earth Training Center was conceived by God into the heart of Apostle John D. In his spiritual walk with God, he noticed that there is a gap between what the Bible says the saints should be and where we are today. On September 1, 2014, just six months after finding his soulmate, Prophetess Dionne D. Collier, the Holy Spirit announced that it was

time to give birth. The passion of this ministry is to train the saints to walk in the image and likeness of God, live a life of liberty in Spirit and in Truth. The end result of this ministry is for the church to have a form of godliness With the power thereof. In other words, live a life of Heaven on Earth.
