Good morning my brothers and sisters. It is our prayer that God is blessing you all.

Waiting For God
Step 2. Enjoy where you are at

In the book of Genesis we meet a young man named Joseph. If you want to see what trusting in the LORD looks like, take a look at the life of Joseph. A young man that had done nothing but love the LORD and his family, however he got nothing but trouble in return. He did nothing to get anything that he was blessed with, yet they hated him for it. Given a dream by God and a coat by his father were things he never asked for, but got them and the envy to go along with it. He was hated so much that the family he loved and looked up to so much, decided to kill him. It’s good to remember, as my Uncle Sam would always say, “As bad as it is, it could be worse!”

Although many of his brothers wanted him dead one decided to speak up and save him. Even though he was thrown in a pit, the pit was empty and dry. Just because he was in a pit, he wasn’t pitiful because the LORD was with Joseph. Pits are places of protection, preparation, and preservation. Joseph shows us, despite the difficult place you are in, how to enjoy the situation we are currently in for two reasons,
1. It could be worse
2. It won’t be like this forever
Just like Joseph, the LORD is with you in the pits of your life. He is protecting and persevering you, because He is preparing you, for where He is taking you. Enjoy your today because He is with you. I’m so glad that troubles don’t last always.

Good evening my brothers and sisters. It is our prayer that God is blessing you all.

Waiting For God
Step 1. Is to be chosen.

John 5 tells the story of a man that had been cripple for thirty eight years. He was sitting by the pool of Bethesda, along with many other people who were sick like he was. He sat there amongst all of those that were sick and Jesus saw him. Out of all those who were there and were sick, Jesus chose to help him. What was so different from this man and all the others that were there. I don't know but all I do know is that Jesus saw him and helped him.

There is nothing special about any of us it is only because Jesus chose to bless us. He didn't have to wake any of us up today, but He did. He didn't have to give any of us the ability to see, hear, taste, smell, touch, or stand but He chose to bless us. We are only what we are because He chooses to do so. I'm grateful that He chose me and not anyone else. He has a blessing for your life because He sees you and has you on His mind and heart.

Luke 2:8-14 KJV
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, good will toward men.
