We closed yesterday's Service with the hymn, "Lord of All Hopefulness". Here is the last verse. What a beautiful way to end the Service and even better way to head into a new week!

Lord of all gentleness, Lord of all calm.
Whose voice is contentment, whose presence is balm.
Be there at our sleeping, and give us, we pray.
Your peace in our hearts, Lord, at the end of the day.

Our prayers go out to the family of Delores Underwood, who passed away on May 15, 2026 at the Blue Ridge Christian Home in Bealeton, VA. Delores and her husband, Art, were loyal members of our congregation for many years.
