🌍 YSF Grant Spotlight: Creative Arts for Faith Expression
This year, the Youth Service Fund was blessed to be able to support the Creative Arts for Faith Expression for Young and Adult Youth event, held at Runogone Methodist Church in Kenya!
More than 80 young people from churches in the area joined together for worship, creativity, fellowship, music, and growth. The creative arts were represented in many ways, including through songwriting, visual arts, spoken word poetry, music, drama, and more, allowing participants to use their God-given creative talents to glorify Him!
This project allowed the young people present to grow in many ways, including discipleship, teamwork skills, leadership, and learning how their gifts can become tools for worship and spreading their faith.
As the young people in Kenya have shown us, your creativity is a gift and helps to shine God’s Word brightly!
Thank you to everyone who makes the YSF grants possible, and thank you to Runogone UMC for hosting this phenomenal event! We are so excited for the continued empowerment of young people to live out their faith in different ways, like using their creative skills!
