In honor of Pastor Appreciation Month, we wanted to take a moment to honor our Pastors.

God has given us a wonderful team of shepherds that love God and love our church. They lead us with knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and love, and we thank God for this team!

God has been faithful to this church, and this team is evidence of that! Take time this week to recognize your pastors!

Sunday was a HUGE Day! We honored our Pastors, began a brand new sermon series, and moved our pews out! Construction begins TODAY on our Santuary, and we are incredibly blessed as a church family for God’s provision. God’s Kingdom is truly moving Forward!

A special thank you to out team of servants who helped transform our Fellowship Hall into our Sanctuary! We couldn’t have done it without you all!

See you FRIDAY for TRUNK OR TREAT @ 6 PM!!

Joseph’s life ends, but God’s story does not. Genesis begins with God creating life and ends with Joseph in a coffin in Egypt. Yet the coffin is not a symbol of defeat. Joseph makes his family promise to carry his bones to the land God had promised.

Joseph dies believing that God will fulfill a promise he will not see completed in his lifetime. His final testimony is not, “Look at what I accomplished.” It is, “God will surely visit you.”
Faith trusts God with chapters we will never live to see.

When it seems that all that remains of the dream is a pile of bones, God is still faithful to his promise. He is still writing the story.

Even through the pit, slavery, prison, and a lifetime of toil, when it seems like you are nothing but bones left, God will still make good on his promise. He can bring dry bones to life!!

When Joseph could no longer carry the weight of God’s promise, God’s promise carried him!

See you tomorrow @10:30 as we worship Christ together once again! God is doing a deep thing in our church!

Over the next few weeks, we will be updating our Sanctuary to include new architectural lighting, stage lighting, and an LED wall! We are calling this ‘Kingdom Forward,’ as we advance the Kingdom of God by investing in the ministry of tomorrow. We are INCREDIBLY excited for what God is doing at TCC, and how he has provided for us!

While these updates are taking place, we will be having our Sunday morning service in the Fellowship Hall for the weeks of Nov. 1 & 8, and we will gather in the newly updated Sanctuary on November 15, barring any delays!

If you would like to give to the Kingdom Forward Initiative, you can do so on our website - thecapitalchurch.org/give. Thank you for being a generous church, and we praise God for His Provision!

Bless you TCC family, and we can’t wait to see what else God will do!
