🏀❤️ THIS is what being a church family is all about!

I was so excited this morning to get out and support one of our Sims Chapel Future Leaders, BeBe, at her basketball game!

Our children need to know that we don’t just support them when they’re inside the church we’re cheering for them in the classroom, in the community, on the court, on the field, and everywhere God gives them an opportunity to shine!
BeBe, Pastor P is proud of you! Keep working, keep growing, keep believing, and keep giving it your best!

At Sims Chapel, we’re not just talking about the next generation we’re showing up for them!

DON’T MISS WHAT GOD IS DOING AT SIMS CHAPEL!

We went from having NO active Children & Youth Ministry to watching our young people THRIVE, SERVE, GROW, and now SING alongside our Adult Choir! 🙌🏾🎶

That may look like a small moment to some…

BUT TO US, IT’S A MIRACLE!

God is raising up another generation right before our eyes. They’re not waiting until they get older to be part of the church.

THEY ARE THE CHURCH RIGHT NOW! 🙌🏾🔥

We prayed for growth.
We prayed for young people.
We prayed for the next generation.

NOW LOOK AT GOD!

Sims Chapel, don’t get so focused on where we’re going that we miss what God is doing RIGHT NOW!

❤️ LOVE LOOKS LIKE SHOWING UP! ❤️
Today, Sims Chapel had the beautiful opportunity to celebrate Grandparents Day with our family at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home!
What a blessing it was to spend time loving, laughing, encouraging, praying, and simply being present with some amazing seniors. Today reminded us that outreach isn’t always about doing something BIG—it’s about making sure people know they are seen, valued, remembered, and loved.
At Sims Chapel, we believe the church doesn’t just exist inside four walls. We are called to GO. We are called to SERVE. We are called to LOVE.
To everyone who came out and helped us make today special—THANK YOU! You didn’t just give your time; you gave smiles, joy, encouragement, and love. ❤️
Happy Grandparents Day to all of the incredible grandparents and seniors at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home! We love you, and Sims Chapel is grateful to serve you!
