What kind of fruit are your words producing? Your words are seeds. Eventually, they produce fruit. 🍎 🍇

Our words don’t just describe what we see, they produce fruit. If we continually speak fear, defeat, negativity, and hopelessness, eventually we begin eating the fruit of those words.

But we can choose to speak life. Speak faith over your family. Speak hope over your situation. Speak God’s Word over what you see.

Be careful what you’re planting with your mouth, you may eventually eat its fruit. 🪴🌱

Proverbs 18:21 tells us, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

Discipleship Fall classes launch this Sunday after service! 📖🍂

Join us on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of September, October, and November. đźš™ This class is for anyone who desires to grow in the Word of God.

Too often, we see people give their lives to Christ and immediately get plugged into the church to volunteer and serve. While we believe community and serving are important parts of our Christian walk, so is discipleship.

To be a disciple is to follow Jesus, learn His Word, obey His teachings, and grow to become more like Him. In these classes, you can expect to grow in your understanding of Scripture and your walk with Christ.

We don’t want to just know what others say about Jesus, we want to know His Word and follow Him intentionally.

If you desire to grow in Scripture and become a stronger disciple of Jesus, sign up this Sunday! 🫡🪖🥾

And the natural fruit of discipleship? Community. 🙌 We hope to see you this Sunday at signups. 📝

If we can continually sit under the preaching of God’s Word and remain comfortable in sin, something is wrong. Scripture encourages us, but it also convicts us, calls us to repentance, and conforms us to the image of Christ.

The gospel doesn’t just comfort us, it transforms us.

Come expecting to be encouraged, but also expecting to be changed.

May we never rush His presence. May we always be a house where Jesus is exalted and His Spirit is welcome.🕊️
