Thursday was, once again, a day of tremendous blessing as the Carpenter Shop Ministered at the Garland Senior Center. What a wonderful time of singing praises to our LORD MOST High. We started out with the usual group but as the service progressed, one by one, they kept coming through the door until the place was full and overflowing into the next room.

The Word of God permeated the room as the Holy Spirit took control. We concentrated on God's Word. Bro. Al shared a powerful message relating to PAUL THE APOSTLE. Three things he told us to remember. Live our lives with:
1. Nothing to prove( trying to fit in and be accepted by your peers)
2. Nothing to hide (Not having to look over your shoulder).
3. Nothing to Lose ( Own your stuff; don't let it own you)..

Thanks to you Friends, who contribute to The Carpenter Shop Ministry, we were able to carry a load of boxed food to the folk at the Center. Bro. Al boxed up the food and loaded our vehicle with love. They are always so glad to receive it. Many of them live alone so we try to see that they have things that are healthy and easy to prepare.

PRAYER REQUEST!
Please pray for the Swaim Family in Jonesville NC. Pastor Steve Swaim passed away recently. We love this family and had the honor of ministering at Trinity Pentecostal Church with him and his lovely wife Greta.
Also many heartbreaking situations have been brought to our attention. I want you to know that we take your requests very seriously, each and every one

Thank you so much for caring and helping The Carpenter Shop to continue it's work. Jesus loves you and so do we.

I Corinthians 3:9 : For we are labourers together with God: Ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

BRENDA POSTING Today has been a peaceful day of rest for us, here at The Carpenter Shop. If I was asked to choose I would have to say that Sunday is my favorite day of the week. I so look forward to worshiping the Lord with my Freedom Biker Family.

Pastor J,D. elaborated on Revelation 20 this morning . Let me encourage you to read it. This study has been so revealing that I really am sad to see it end. I am sure the Lord has something just as good in store for Bro. J.D. to bring to the Church. I don't think that anyone could have walked out of there, this morning, without making sure that they were ready to meet Jesus should He come to catch His children home.

Tomorrow will begin another week of carrying out The Lord's Calling for the Carpenter Shop Ministries here in Garland N.C. We have resources to help if you are in need of food. Don't hesitate to contact us. Call us and we will have it all boxed up and ready for you.

Please be in prayer for a family that just experienced the tragedy of their home burning down and losing everything they had. A Mother, (Two young adults, Son @ Daughter) and and one boy (toddler). If you can help please let us know.

Thanks to all who pray for The Carpenter Shop and help support us. Be assured that your gifts go to those in need. We have had some requests for food to be delivered to some folks out in the remote areas 0f the county. We have had to decline a family due to a shortage of funds for gas for our delivery car. We just use what we have until it runs out and trust the Lord for more.He has a special way of speaking to hearts.

God bless you and keep you in His care.

BRENDA POSTING: Tomorrow will be another busy day of ministry. The Carpenter Shop will be sharing the Word of God with our precious Seniors.

We, at The Carpenter Shop Food Pantry, will begin loading up in the morning. Lord willing should be at The Garland Senior center about 10:30 AM. Tomorrow we will be taking a load of canned and boxed foods. Enough for each person to get a large bag full.

The Seniors and others who attend seem to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as we sing praises to our God Most High . The Lord often has some words of instruction as we search the scriptures.. If you want to hear some precious testimonies come and join us. Perhaps you have a testimony to share.

Brenda Harman posting:. Romans 12:(19-21): Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for (God's) wrath; for it is written, Vengeance is Mine, I will repay (requite), says the Lord.(Deut.32:35).
But if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals (,which purify and make acceptable to God), upon his head. (Prov. 25: 21,22).
Do not let yourself be overcome by evil, but overcome (master) evil with good.

Bro. Al called me into the food pantry and said " our shelves need to be restocked", and truly they do. He headed out to Fayetteville to purchase more supply with our funds very low. God has always supplied the need. He knows that we only purchase what is needed, to obey God's word.

We love you and are here for you, (our friend or enemy). We cannot help fund those who sell their food for drugs or alcohol.
We do not believe that God approves. Our funds are donated by caring people who trust us to use them wisely. Thank you for all that you do.
